User can avail library facilities with a valid library membership card and identity card.
Library remains functional from 9.30 a.m. To 5.00 p.m. Except on Sundays and public holidays.
Jskbs library has open access system. So personal books, magazines are not allowed in the library. Users are required to deposit their personal belongings at the property counter .
Members/ visitors should take care of their valuables. Library will not be responsible for any loss of valuables.
Use of mobile phone is strictly prohibited in library and should be kept on silent mode at all times.
Users should not carry library book issued on library card inside library.
Renewal or re-issue of the book is allowed only once in the regular course. Except during examination time.
Duplicate library card can be issued upon request at an additional charge of Rs. 50.00.
Conversation and discussion disturbs library ambience. Therefore, all are requested to maintain dignified silence. If discussion is necessary, the common room should be utilized for the same.
Books Borrowed should be protected from RAIN, DUST, INSECT, etc.
Readers should not deface, mark, cut, mutilate or damage library resources in any way. If anyone is found doing so, he will be charged the full replacement cost of the resource.
Beverages and Eatables are not allowed inside the library.
The Library reserves the right to call back any issued book/item at any time.

For each use of library computer, kindly enter user name in the usage log register.
For any reference of library books, kindly enter book details in the respective register.

Playing games or music in the library is strictly prohibited.
Do not make any markings on the book. Due fine will be levied for the damage of books.
